• Email address — collected when you join the waitlist.
• Analytics data — we use GoatCounter, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not collect personal data or use cookies. It records page views, referrer, browser, and country at an aggregate level only.

Why we collect it

• Waitlist email — to notify you when PolicyBoard launches. We will send one email on launch day. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or share your email with third parties.
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the site, which pages are popular, and how we can improve the experience.

How we store it

Waitlist email addresses are stored in a secure database managed by Crocker Digital Ltd. Data is retained until the product launches or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
